What is the flex bar?
Fitness-Bar aka FLEX-BAR, was invented by a German physiotherapist. It is a light vibration-exercise equipment. With one or two hands shaking the bar, the users can realize the nerve input and deep-tissue muscle stimulation, so as to build muscle strength, exercise coordination skills, sensory ability and improve postural issues.
Is it hard to use flex bar?
Fitness-Bar can help you exercise deep-tissue muscle. The beginners do not need to pursue the amplitude of the two ends. The greater the amplitude, the greater the force required and the more difficult it is; moreover, too much amplitude can easily result in uncontrolled force, which in turn can cause the bar to fly out or break, injuring yourself or others.
