engraving, and other details, ensuring all aspects are confirmed.
Design Plan:
Based on the requirements, develop the product structure and appearance, generate design drawings, and confirm
the design draft with the customer.
Material Procurement:
Source raw materials such as steel that meet the specified requirements, ensuring material quality standards are
achieved.
Processing and Forming:
Process weight plates through forging, casting, and other techniques, and weld or assemble dumbbell components.
Surface Treatment:
Perform grinding, rust removal, painting, or electroplating to enhance the product’s corrosion resistance and aesthetic
appeal.
Custom Marking:
Use printing, laser engraving, and labeling，etc. to apply the customer’s logo, text, and other custom information
onto the product surface.
Quality Inspection:
Test weight, dimensions, structural strength, and other factors to ensure compliance with customization standards.
Packaging and Delivery:
Package the products according to customer requirements, arrange logistics for shipment, and complete the
customized delivery process.
