The Nordic Curl Machine
is an ergonomically designed fitness equipment. Its core purpose is to efficiently strengthen the posterior chain muscles of the lower limbs and the core muscle groups through bodyweight resistance training.

Constructed from high-strength carbon steel, the main frame delivers stable load-bearing performance and long service life. The support pad is filled with eco-friendly recycled foam featuring excellent resilience and resistance to deformation under prolonged compression. Wrapped with wear-resistant PVC leather on the surface, it offers comfortable touch and easy cleaning.
*Angled foot design for enhanced stability against tipping. The bottom adopts angled support structure to increase contact area and friction with the floor, greatly improving overall stability during training. It resists tipping or shifting even under high-intensity workouts to guarantee training safety.
*Height-adjustable round ankle pad to meet demands of different users. The round ankle hold pad comes with multi-level height adjustment.
